My mission is simple: bring joy, safety, and top-notch care to every four-legged client who comes through our doors — or whose doors we come through!
Our values are built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of tail wags. We believe pet care should never feel transactional — it should feel warm, personal, and fun. Every member of our small team is a lifelong animal lover who goes above and beyond to make sure pets feel safe and celebrated during every single interaction.
Paws & Pizzazz grew out of years of me helping friends and neighbors with their pets while working a desk job that just didn't light me up. Eventually I took the leap, got certified in pet first aid, assembled an amazing crew of fellow animal enthusiasts, and set up shop right here in Austin. Today we serve dozens of happy pet families across the city and couldn't be more grateful.
What sets us apart? We're reliable — we show up, every time, with energy and enthusiasm. We send you photo updates, keep detailed notes on your pet's quirks and preferences, and treat every animal as an individual. Whether your pup hates baths or your cat is particularly sassy, we're ready for it — and we love every second of it.
